Additionally, the incorporation of engaging multimedia content, including videos, images, and other emerging technologies, can also increase users’ attention and engagement (Jang et al., 2021; Kim et al., 2019).

When examining why none of the AICs achieved moderate satisfaction in the LEX dimension, it is crucial to consider each AIC’s design and target audience limitations, as pointed out in previous research (Gokturk, 2017; Hajizadeh, 2023).
